This offer is valid only for Private Transfer bookings made on https://transfers.ryanair.com. Should a passenger find a cheaper Private Transfer price on an Aggregator’s website than the quoted CarTrawler price for the same pick up and return dates and times, same location and same Private Transfer booking details*, then CarTrawler will honour the 5% less guarantee**. Please note that this guarantee applies only to prices found on Aggregator websites. This guarantee does not apply to prices found on any Private Transfer service provider’s direct website.
For the purposes of this promotion, “Private Transfer(s)” are transfers by pre-booked taxi, private minibus, private shuttle and private chauffeur and an “Aggregator” is a provider of intermediary or broker services enabling customers to search and receive Private Transfer quotes from a number of different Private Transfer service providers and subsequently reserve a Private Transfer via that intermediary/broker’s website.
The price quoted for the Private Transfer must include all mandatory taxes, fees and charges. In order to qualify for the 5% less guarantee**, a passenger must book the relevant Private Transfer on https://transfers.ryanair.com and use that Private Transfer service. Exceptions apply in those cases where the passenger would be entitled to a refund or a modification of his/her booking, as per the CarTrawler Booking Engine Terms and Conditions.
The passenger needs to submit the claim using the attached form (English only) to email@example.com within 1 hour of making the Private Transfer booking. Should a claimant for any reason fail to submit the claim form within 1 hour of making the Private Transfer booking on https://transfers.ryanair.com, then that claim will be deemed late and will be disregarded for the purposes of this promotion. Claims will only be accepted where the pick- up and return dates and times, locations and Private Transfer booking details* are exactly the same as the original Private Transfer booked through https://transfers.ryanair.com.
A screen print of the Aggregator’s price quote (including all mandatory taxes, fees and charges) (the “Competitor Price”) must be emailed with the claim form. CarTrawler will then verify the Competitor Price within 1 hour of receipt (only during office hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday). If the CompetitorPrice cannot be verified on the internet then the claim will be invalid. Claims can only be made for a Private Transfer booking that is exactly the same in relation to the pick- up and return date, time and location of the Private Transfer booking and where the Private Transfer booking details* are exactly the same as that displayed in relation to the cheaper Private Transfer price on an Aggregator’s website.
The number of claims is limited to 1 per passenger per calendar month with a maximum of 2 claims per calendar year (January to December). Once the initial claim has been verified by CarTrawler, the claimant will be notified by email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of the acceptance (subject to final verification that the passenger/s used the Private Transfer service on the itinerary) of the claim. In the case of successful claims (post completion of the Private Transfer service) the relevant sum will be processed within 5 working days post completion of the Private Transfer serviceto the credit/debit card account provided at the time of booking.
Private Transfer service provider employees and their families are excluded from claiming under this promotion. CarTrawler's decision in relation to all claims will be final. CarTrawler reserves the right to amend or discontinue this promotion at any time by giving 24 hours’ notice to that effect, at its sole discretion.
* The Private Transfer booking details that must be the same as the Aggregator booking details are: pre-booked guaranteed transfer, transfer type, transfer category, service (e.g. meet &greet), service provider brand (which must be transparent and identifiable), on airport location or off airport location, payment model i.e. pre-pay/part-pay/deposit/post-pay, mandatory extras (e.g. cross-border travel fees and car type), fully licensed driver (if the terms and conditions of the Private Transfer booking do not refer to the driver being fully licensed, the claim shall be disregarded for the purposes of this promotion).
**In the case of successful claims, CarTrawler will (1) match the cheaper Private Transfer price by refunding a sum equal to the difference between the price of the Private Transfer booked on https://transfers.ryanair.com and the cheaper Private Transfer price and (2) refund an additional amount equal to 5% of the cheaper Private Transfer price excluding any extra fees. Each claim will be subject to a maximum cap of €/£200 or local currency equivalent per Private Transfer. Therefore the maximum amount refunded by CarTrawler for successful claims will be capped at €/£200 or local currency equivalent.
